UVEOS NST
NST Emergency Call (eCall) device (UVEOS) represents an on-board terminal designed to be installed in vehicles to determine the coordinates of the vehicle's location and transmit a message by road traffic accidents.
UVEOS NST ensures the reception of navigation signals of GLONASS and GPS systems and enables data transmission over the networks of mobile radiotelephone communication (GSM standard) to the Emergency Call Operator’s Server in case of accidents and disasters:
- identification number (ICCID);
- VIN code of the vehicle;
- geographic latitude and longitude of the vehicle location;
- time and date of fixing the vehicle’s location;
- Sign of pressing the panic button (manual or automatic mode).

In order to transmit information about an emergency situation, the device automatically selects the base station of the cellular operator, which has the highest signal strength in the area.
UVEOS NST is in sleep mode and does not continuously transmit information about the vehicle’s location. The signal transmission about the vehicle’s brand and location is carried out only by pressing the "SOS" button or automatically in case of road traffic accident or other emergency situation. UVEOS NST meets the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union 018/2011 (TR CU) "On the safety of wheeled vehicles".
UVEOS NST is intended for use in the following conditions:
- Temperature of ambient air from minus 40 degrees to plus 85 degrees;
- atmospheric pressure not lower than 61 kPa (457.5 mm Hg);
- relative air humidity up to 80% at a temperature of plus 25 degrees (the device can be used in high humidity conditions up to 95% at a temperature of 40 degrees, but not more than 6 days).
The terminal includes a SIM card of the mobile operator Beeline, through which it is possible to monitor the movement of passenger vehicles through dispatching services of bus depots, voice communication between the driver and the dispatcher, the ability to transmit monitoring information to the Situation Centers of akimats and the Transport Committee of the Ministry of Innovative and Industrial Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
